After confirming the right coaching fit on a chemistry call, our 6-month engagement will begin with a deep dive into your background and goals. We will co-create a plan based on what matters most to you and the change you seek in your leadership or career. This phase often includes assessments or 360-degree feedback interviews to give us even greater clarity.

Before finding the ease and flow of self-aware and centered leadership, you need to look within. Like a river, powerful leadership starts at the source with your values, your purpose, and your inner wisdom. We'll begin each of our biweekly meetings with a centering exercise, then focus on the most critical issues you're facing or skills you're working to build. Between sessions, you'll reflect, experiment, and practice.

Like water, a courageous leader finds a way. Instead of letting obstacles throw you off course, you'll learn to balance strength and flexibility—sometimes wearing away the mountain in your path and other times flowing around challenges with creative solutions. By the end of our coaching engagement, you will gain self-awareness and skills that help you lead more effectively in your current role or transition confidently to your next adventure.
